1. CONTEST PERIOD: The "A Better Way, A Better Play Video Contest" (the "Contest") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on August 21, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 12, 2009 (the "Contest End Date"). A new Weekly Submission Period will begin each Friday during the Entry Period at 12:01 a.m. (ET) and will end at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on the following Thursday. You may enter at any time during a Weekly Submission Period, but after the conclusion of a Weekly Submission Period, videos can no longer be submitted for that Weekly Submission Period. You must then wait until the next Weekly Submission Period to submit a video. There is a limit of three (3) entries per participating school per Weekly Submission Period. A new Weekly Voting Period, during which submitted videos will be posted at the Contest website for viewing and rating by website visitors, will begin each Monday during the Entry Period at 12:00 p.m. (ET) and will end at 11:59 a.m. (ET) on the following Monday (except for the Weekly Voting Period that begins at 12:00 p.m. on November 2, 2009, which will extend past the end of the Entry Period and end at 11:59 a.m. on November 9, 2009).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open only to high schools located in the following counties in Atlanta: Clayton, Dekalb, Cherokee, Cobb, Paulding, Barrow, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Upson, Butts, Polk, Floyd, Rockdale, Newton, Fayette. Each school entering the Contest must designate a representative who will be authorized to represent the school in connection with the Contest and will be responsible for Contest-related communications on behalf of the school. Void where prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: For your school's chance to win, access www.abetterplay.com and follow the on-screen entry instructions. Normal time rates, if any, charged by Internet service provider will apply. No purchase necessary. Entrants will be required to submit via the Contest website a video recording featuring a play by the entering school's varsity football team. All videos must comply with the guidelines set forth in Section 4 below. Only video recordings featuring plays taking place during “regular season” games are eligible. Video recordings of playoff games may not be submitted.
4. VIDEO RECORDING GUIDELINES: All videos must comply with the following guidelines: The video must (a) consist solely of footage taken at a regular season game taking place during the seven (7) days prior to the date of the submission of the recording, (b) feature the "play of the week" by the entering school's varsity football team, (c) be of a file size and file type that can be submitted, as determined by Sponsor in its discretion, (d) be no longer than two (2) minutes in length, (e) be original, been created by the entrant and be owned by the entrant, (f) not previously have been published or won any award, (g) not contain images of any identifiable individuals or any material that would violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including without limitation copyrights, trademarks or rights of privacy or publicity, or that is defamatory, threatening, indecent, obscene or offensive, or that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations, or which requires a license from any third party, and (h) not contain any material that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, deems inappropriate for public viewing. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and/or not to post on the Contest website any video that Sponsor determines does not comply with these guidelines.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER: Weekly Winners: Each video recording submitted by an eligible entrant in accordance with these Official Rules will be posted on the contest website and be eligible to be rated by website visitors for the remainder of the Weekly Voting Period during which the recording was submitted. Sponsor will also have the right to continue to exhibit videos on the site for public viewing for the remainder of the applicable Weekly Voting Period. Voters will only be permitted to rate videos during the Weekly Period during which the video was submitted, so the earlier in a Weekly Period a video is submitted, the greater the opportunity for it to be rated. Following the conclusion of each Weekly Period, the average rating for each video will be calculated and the video with the highest average rating will be selected as the potential Weekly Winner for such Weekly Period. Grand Prize: Following the conclusion of the Entry Period, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all of the Weekly Winners by a panel of judges designated by Sponsor, which will judge each Weekly Winner applying the Judging Criteria.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Representatives of the potential winners may be notified by mail, telephone and/or e-mail, at Sponsor's discretion. If a potential winner's representative cannot be reached within forty-eight (48) hours of initial notification attempt, the potential winner may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an alternate winner. Winners are subject to verification. Potential winners' representatives may be required to complete on behalf of the winner and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, and, if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery of same. If potential winner's representative fails to respond to any notification attempt within the time period specified by Sponsor, or if any attempted notification or prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, or if the potential winner's representative fails to complete and return any required affidavit or release within the specified time period, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.
7. PRIZES: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of $2,000. Weekly Prizes: One Weekly Prize will be awarded for each Weekly Period. The weekly prize consists of $250. General Prize Terms and Conditions: All federal, state, local taxes on prize value, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $4,750.00.

Entry times will be determined using Sponsor's computer, which will be the official clock for the Contest. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release and hold Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors and agents, and each of their directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless from and against any and all claims and liability arising out of participation in the Contest or use of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Contest or use or redemption of any prize.
